About Us Courthouse Club Fitness is a vibrant and community-focused fitness organization committed to helping individuals of all fitness levels connect with the best programs to meet their health and wellness goals. We offer a wide range of group fitness classes and activities designed to inspire, motivate, and empower our members. We also provide community programs like Swim, Volleyball, Basketball, and Parties. Our team fosters an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages lasting fitness journeys through connection, support, and fun.

Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing individual who represents the Courthouse as a great host to our youngest members and children in the community. Activity staff create a fun, safe, and engaging experience for our members. This person is cross‑trained in at least two departments, including Kids Court, Swim Lessons, and Parties. They drive the experience of our extracurricular activities and/or provide adult members the ability to participate and enjoy our clubs. A necessity is to interact with parents/guardians to be a great host and enhance the experience for children we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the culture, values, and mission of Courthouse Club Fitness.

Provide strong ability or experience caring for and supervising children.

Be an engaging host, guiding the experience of the given activity.

Communicate maturely and confidently with parents/guardians.

Ensure the environment is safe, clean, organized, and well‑maintained.

Know and enforce all department policies.

Be knowledgeable about programming.

Qualifications

Confidence in working with and managing multiple children from 2 months to 13 years.

Customer service experience.

Incorporate rapport to strengthen customer satisfaction.

Adaptable to a busy work environment.

Reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

Able to sit or stand for extended periods.

Ability to bend, lift, and carry infants and small children.

Previous pool safety or swim experience.

Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility.

Actively participate in club group fitness classes, training, or programs.

Work collaboratively with club staff to ensure members’ needs are met.

Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Specific Department Swim Instructor

– Instruct swim lessons using the Swim America curriculum, including parent‑taught, group, private, and summer camp lessons.

Kid’s Court

– Run a childcare setting that allows parents/guardians to drop off their children in a safe and friendly environment while they use the facility.

Parties

– Facilitate rentable party hosting, including set‑up and take‑down of inflatables, tables, chairs, games, and other party options.

Information Courthouse Club Hours

– Monday‑Friday 5:00 a – 11:00 p; Saturday‑Sunday 7:00 a – 9:00 p.

Department Shift Hours

– May vary.
