A Taco Bell Food Champion, also known as a Team Member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service. They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Customer service : Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
Food preparation : Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package products
Food safety : Maintain food safety standards and check food temperatures
Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communication : Communicate with team members and customers
Menu knowledge : Be an expert on the menu and promotions
Qualifications
Be at least 16 years old
Have reliable transportation
Be a team player
Be committed to customer satisfaction
Have good communication skills
Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Have a food handler's certificate
Be safety-focused, punctual, and respectful
Food Champions work in a fast-paced environment and should be friendly, helpful, and pay attention to detail
