Job Summary Elizabethtown Community & Technical College's TRIO Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) program is seeking a part-time, temporary Tutor Mentor to provide academic tutoring and mentoring services to UBMS participants virtually and/or in person.
Job Duties
Provide weekly academic tutoring and mentoring services virtually and/or in-person to 9th-12th grade UBMS participants throughout the academic year (September-May).
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
GPA 3.0 or higher
Previous tutoring experience
Degree or in pursuit of degree in STEM, education, counseling, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work effectively on a team
Ability to adapt to change
Strong organizational and people skills
Proficient computer skills
