Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a 2nd shift General Labor role in Ponca City, OK.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of physical tasks in production, warehouse, or outdoor environments, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments, as well as material handling for production or storage.
Follow instructions from supervisors to support daily operational goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for safety and functionality; report any issues to supervisors.
Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
