First Grade Teacher

The Hill School is seeking a full time First Grade Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Primary duties will include preparing lessons and materials, working in the classroom from 8:00-3:15 daily, and collaborating with the grade level lead teacher. Faculty members must also be able to communicate clearly and build strong partnerships with parents. Additional responsibilities will be determined based on the candidate’s background and interests, as well as the school’s needs. Classroom experience with elementary age students preferred. Applicants must enjoy working with young children, be well organized, have a strong work ethic, enjoy collaborating with others, and have an educational philosophy that is aligned with Hill School’s.
