Our Team Members receive:
Pay Range $16.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $4.14 - $4.53
75% off meals
Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay
Excellent position training and career development programs
Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare, produce, and serve visually appealing, high‑quality foods on the hot side of the line, primarily in the Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, and Braise stations.
Follow Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance and demeanor at all times.
Adhere to Core Values and the Five Promises of a Great Team Member.
Demonstrate excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
Show high energy and the ability to work in a high‑volume environment consistently.
Always have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest.
