Overview
Rocky Mountain College, an NAIA member institution and member of the Frontier Conference, is accepting applications for the Head Coach of the Battlin’ Bears football program. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the success of the football program, Department of Athletics, and Rocky Mountain College. Responsibilities
Develop the football program: practice planning, training sessions, scheduling contests, monitoring budget and travel, and effectively communicating with all program stakeholders including student‑athletes, faculty/staff, alumni, parents, and various campus departments. Recruit, retain, and graduate student‑athletes that meet the academic profile of the College; ensuring the satisfaction of program net tuition revenue goals. Comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the NAIA, Frontier Conference, and Rocky Mountain College. Supervise and direct a staff of part‑time assistant coaches, team members, and managers. In partnership with Athletic Director and Development Office, establish fundraising priorities for the football program and implement appropriate cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies in accordance with department and institutional standards. Collaborate proactively with all administrative areas of the department: academics, finance, HR, development and alumni relations, athletic training, strength and conditioning, athletic communications, facilities, event management, and compliance. Facilitate connection to campus resources for student‑athletes. Demonstrate servant leadership, character, sportsmanship, and ethical conduct; and comply with reasonable requests to fulfill responsibilities not otherwise noted here. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with significant collegiate coaching experience. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree with collegiate head coaching experience. Salary and Benefits
