SERVPRO CRC is expanding our reconstruction team and we’re recruiting an experienced
Journeyman Carpenter with strong drywall expertise . Our work is detail-driven, fast-paced, and quality-first. If you take pride in clean lines, smooth finishes, and jobs done right the first time, we want you on our crew.
What You Bring We’re not looking for beginners — we’re looking for professionals.
You should be able to confidently:
Hang, tape, texture, and finish drywall to a high standard
Repair flood, fire, and demolition damage with precision
Install doors, trims, hardware, and bath accessories
Read scope, execute cleanly, and move efficiently
Work independently while contributing to a team environment
Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
Use power tools safely, effectively, and daily
Experience We’re Looking For
5+ years professional carpentry experience
Strong drywall repair and finishing background required
Experience with basic plumbing repairs highly preferred
Restoration / reconstruction experience is a major plus
✅ Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
Own basic tools (company provides vehicle and heavy equipment)
Professional communication skills with customers and teammates
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve on the fly
High integrity and strong work ethic
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: DOE (top pay for top talent)
Monday–Friday
