Job Responsibilities
Conducting customer training courses for software and machine operation both domestically and internationally (worldwide)
Providing customer support during software learning and machine operation
Conducting refresher courses for existing customers
Conducting internal training for new employees
Maintaining training records
Creating training certificates and documentation
Supporting pre- and final acceptance testing at customer sites
Job Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with clients
Flexible work style and ability to find solutions quickly
Technically inclined personality
Respectful interaction with clients
