JR109064## **Job Description****At Fox Rent A Car, we seek friendly and enthusiastic individuals passionate about delivering excellent service. As a Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you’ll be our customers' first and last point of contact, providing prompt, safe, and courteous transportation to and from the airport, making each ride a memorable part of their travel experience.****You will:*** **Customer Service Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm smile, offer luggage assistance, and ensure they feel welcomed when they board.*** **Safe & Efficient Transport: Safely transport customers to and from the airport while following all Shuttle Driver guidelines and maintaining scheduled routes.*** **Route Knowledge & Communication: Familiarize yourself with the airport layout and use effective radio communication to stay connected with the team.*** **Shuttle Care: Maintain a clean, comfortable shuttle environment for our customers, ensuring each trip is pleasant and stress-free.*** **Teamwork and Collaboration: Work with the team to maintain service flow and create a supportive environment for customers and colleagues.*** **Regulation Compliance: Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations for operating commercial vehicles to ensure safety.*** **Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.****Requirements:*** **Eligibility: Must be at least 21 years of age.*** **Commercial License: Current Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.*** **Driving Record: A DMV K-4 printout dated within 30 days of your appointment.*** **Medical Certification: A valid Medical Card.*** **Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, assisting customers with their luggage as needed****We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
