We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with all Butterfield Trail Village policies and procedures. Clean and sanitize areas of responsibility according to Butterfield Trail Village and departmental policies and procedures. Clean and sanitize emergency spills promptly as they occur. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces thoroughly. Clean high dust areas including ceiling fans, wall ledges, tops of cabinets, refrigerators, and similar surfaces. Perform thorough cleaning in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Deliver and put away supplies; collect and transport linens (both soiled and clean), trash, and infectious waste safely. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with residents, staff, and visitors at all times. Qualifications
Ability to follow established policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to adapt and be resilient in all situation. Ability to contribute to and be part of positive work environment, that supports team members. Ability to be counted on as a member of team and assist team members as needed.
