small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment. Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities. Acting as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field. Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
