Rev’d Indoor Cycling LLC
Indoor Cycling Trainer | Rev’d Navy Yard
Lead the charge. Move the room. Change lives.
We’re looking for bold, motivating, passionate leaders to join our founding Trainer Team at Rev’d Navy Yard. This role is for individuals who don’t just love fitness, but live for the impact it can make on others.
As a Rev’d Indoor Cycling Trainer, you’ll guide athletes through transformative training sessions that challenge, inspire, and energize. You’ll bring your own unique style while aligning with our mission: to empower people through movement, music, and mindset.
Whether you’re leading from the podium or coaching strength circuits from the floor, you are the energy in the room, the voice that pushes someone past their limits, and the reason they show up again.
What we’re looking for:
A passion for people and performance
Strong coaching and communication skills
The ability to command a room with confidence and authenticity
A desire to grow, collaborate, and contribute to something bigger
CPR/AED certified (or excited to earn it) through a nationally recognized provider
1+ year of professional indoor cycling coaching experience
Willingness to support/coach pop-up activations across the DMV
Reliable access to phone and email
Access to a laptop (Mac preferred)
Open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn the Rev'd method through a 6-8 week training program in Washington, DC
Trainer Benefits:
Flexible Hours
Competitive Pay
Paid comprehensive training program
Ongoing coaching, feedback, + performance support
Growth opportunities within the Rev'd network
Discounts on apparel + gear
We train hard—but we train together. If you’re ready to make your mark and be part of a powerful team that leads from the front, we want to hear from you.
Indoor Cycling:
The modality that started it all! The same high energy, athletically challenging, and motivational cycling sessions you've come to know and love.
Rev'd Navy Yard is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under federal, state, or local law.
