About the Job Ruan is hiring a half team of Class A CDL drivers to complete a team to haul for our dedicated customer, Target, based out of Cedar Falls, IA. Enjoy no-touch freight on this account.

Pay Drivers are paid $0.83 per mile split and $30 per stop split while averaging 4,500+ miles per week. Earn $119,000 per year per driver.
Schedule Be home weekly with a consistent schedule from Thursday to Monday. Enjoy consecutive days off! This opportunity has a 4‑8 p.m. start time on Thursday.
Equipment Drive a newer 2024 or 2025 Freightliner Sleeper Cab with a power inverter and double bunk. This operation has a shop on site that provides regular maintenance and cleaning. This position is no-touch freight.

Must be at least 22 years or older
No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
Additional qualifications will apply
With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
