About the role The Mini Bar Attendant plays a key role in shaping the in-room experience at Hotel Bardo, ensuring each guest arrives to a thoughtfully stocked, impeccably maintained minibar that feels effortless and considered. With a sharp eye for detail and a respect for guest privacy, this role balances precision and care, keeping inventory accurate, presentation elevated, and every touchpoint aligned with the Bardo experience.
What you'll do
Stock, restock, and rotate minibar items in guest rooms according to established par levels and standards
Accurately record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas and carts
Inspect minibar equipment for proper function and report maintenance issues
Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and expiration standards
Follow inventory controls and assist with periodic counts and audits
Uphold guest privacy, security, and service standards while working in occupied rooms
Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or guest-related concerns to leadership
Qualifications
Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with counts and documentation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic math skills and comfort using POS or inventory systems
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and push a stocked cart
Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
