Right Candidates
Will have their State Inspection Certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience servicing and repairing various makes and model vehicles. Must also be comfortable diagnosing different types of vehicles.
Formal relevant training from automotive tech and/or factory automotive training programs preferred.
Have worked with a business or industry that makes a superior customer experience the priority
Able to work with multiple product lines
Knowledge with aftermarket parts/vendors to complete a repair
Maintain a positive mindset and are always looking for the up-side to any challenge
Work with integrity to stay self-motivated and productive
Are Team-Players and want to understand and take part in the Bigger Picture
Enjoy learning and applying new skills
Practice great communication by listening as well as conversing
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed.
Skills to perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needs
Works well with team members and advisors
Proficient with diagnosing concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, etc.
Maintain a clean workspace
Basic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programs
Have your own tools (specialty tools will be provided)
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
Hours
40 hours per week, overtime may be available or required at times based on business needs.
Multiple shifts available, shifts vary between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Must be able to work Saturday's on rotation.
Compensation
$25.00 - $35.00 flat rate based on experience, ASE certifications, and production
