On behalf of our client, a well‑established and growing Italian food manufacturer located in South Amboy, NJ 08879, we are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This is a great opportunity to join a company committed to quality, tradition, and growth.

Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: DoE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

Input sales orders and manage invoicing accurately.

Assist with scheduling and handling shipping appointments.

Handle customer requests over phone and email in a professional manner.

Support daily non‑financial bookkeeping activities.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar software).

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
