Overview
This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest areas of the shop floor. Seeking 2nd shift help.

Grinding Parts
Counting/Packaging Parts

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances
Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job
Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in an environment with metal and sharp objects
Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
Work in an efficient and timely manner.
Demonstrated detail orientation, self‑motivation skills and ability to multi‑task

Previous experience working within a highly technical environment.
Strong basic math skills.
Previous experience working within a powder coat department.
Previous paint application experience
Take any quality concern seriously and execute right away.
Exposure to a Lean manufacturing environment.
General understanding of Metric and Standard systems.
