CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Experience in patient care, home care, and personal care
Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated empathy and compassion
Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
1+ year of experience providing personal care in a home or facility setting
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
CPR certification
CNA, HHA, or similar certification (a plus)
Experience using a Hoyer Lift or similar equipment (beneficial)
