This role will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that our guests receive superior quality and consistency in every dish.

Job Summary: The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high-quality standards across all culinary operations. This position is also responsible for controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the kitchen.
Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support skill development.
Schedule shifts, hire new employees, and train and evaluate staff members to meet company standards.
Evaluate equipment and facilities; order supplies and replacements as needed.
Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menu items that enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
Control costs and maximize profits by efficiently managing inventory and kitchen operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous culinary supervisory experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
