Teach Now are looking for an SEN TA to work in one of their one-form entry primary schools in Palmers Green. This is a long‑term, full‑time role that is from March until July 2023.
The school was graded “Good” in their most recent OFSTED inspection and has been labelled a happy, ambitious and inclusive school with a richly diverse intake of students from different cultures.
The chosen candidate must be able to completely commit to the role as consistency is key.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Ability to assist and assess effectively SEN pupils
Good behavioural management strategies
Ability to be creative and manage, motivate and inspire children
Ability to liaise with multi-professionals
Ability to commit for the duration of the placement
Creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning
Honest and compassionate
Happy to complete training to further develop their knowledge and understanding in education
Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to complete one
Ability to be flexible and patient
