Shift:
Day Shift
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Duties – you will learn to:
Assemble mechanical or electromechanical components using hand tools, fasteners, and fixtures
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and basic assembly drawings
Ensure proper fit, function, and alignment of assembled parts
Perform basic quality checks and report discrepancies or non-conforming parts
Machine Operation duties – you will learn to:
Operate manual machines such as drill presses, saws, lathes, or mills under supervision
Load/unload parts and ensure they are clamped or fixtured properly
Monitor machine operation and make simple adjustments when needed
Deburr, clean, or prep machined parts for the next step in production
General Responsibilities – you will learn to:
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory, labeling, and documentation as required
Communicate effectively with team leads, inspectors, and managers
Basic Skills & Abilities:
You will learn:
To use hand tools, measuring devices (tape measure, calipers) and shop equipment
Read simple blueprints or assembly instructions
You must have:
Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in working with machinery and tools
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
The ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
The ability to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
On-the-job training provided
Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is helpful but not required
Completion of vocational or technical training programs is plus
manufacturing technology, or industrial trades preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods (8-11 hours per shift)
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching to access machines and parts
Regular use of hands, arms, and fingers to operate machinery, tools, and measuring equipment
Visual acuity (corrected or uncorrected) necessary to perform precision work and inspections
Must tolerate exposure to machining dust, oils, and moderate noise levels in a manufacturing environment
