Marine Engine Technician
$30/hr – $35/hr + Overtime + 401k + Medical + Dental + Vision

Are you a Marine Engine Technician looking for a varied role working on state‑of‑the‑art equipment within a modern workshop, and becoming a subject‑matter expert in the future? You’ll be heavily involved in the mechanical heart of each build, working across premium engines and propulsion systems fitted to luxury, one‑off boats. You’ll be joining a skilled, close‑knit team where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the end product are valued. In this role, you will carry out engine installation, set‑up, testing, servicing, and fault diagnosis across inboard and outboard platforms. You’ll also support sea trials and ensure engines, fuel systems, and mechanical components perform flawlessly before delivery. This position would suit a Marine Engine Technician or Marine Mechanic with strong diagnostic ability, who is looking to work on high‑end vessels rather than repetitive service work.
The Role
Installation, set‑up, testing & troubleshooting of marine engines
Structured training to develop specialist engine expertise
Collaborating with a tight‑knit production team on bespoke builds
The Candidate
Experience with marine engines and mechanical systems
Comfortable working in a marine or boatbuilding environment
