California Hand Wash is a full-service hand car wash dedicated to providing top-quality service, safety, and professionalism. As a Car Wash Tunnel Hand Washer, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned as they move through our conveyor-driven tunnel system, following established procedures to maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities
Efficiency : Perform duties swiftly and accurately, ensuring timely cleaning of vehicles as they move down the conveyor. Quality : Adhere to the California Hand Wash standards on hand washing of vehicles to ensure we are consistently delivering high-quality results. Teamwork : Working collaboratively with other team members and follow proper wash procedures in each area to ensure we deliver a clean vehicle. Qualifications
Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, stretching and lifting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
