Join the Kilolani Spa team as a Male Spa Attendant (Part-Time) at the Waldorf Astoria Grand Wailea Resort, Maui. Provide exceptional guest service throughout the spa facility.
Location Grand Wailea Resort, 3850 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, 96753, Maui, Hawaii.
Work Locations Grand Wailea Resort.
Classification Part-Time
Shift Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Pay Rate The hourly rate is $24.09 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Responsibilities
Act as a personal guide and host throughout the spa facility, noting all safety precautions and product knowledge relevant to the spaces; check guests in and assign lockers.
Keep all areas of the locker rooms, restrooms, hydrothermal spaces, and lounge areas neat and clean.
Set up and break down all guest amenities and experiences within the facilities.
Stock lockers with robes and slippers.
Load dirty towels in bins and move towel bins in designated areas.
Conduct financial transactions as needed.
Perform general spa duties as needed.
Qualifications
Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
