About the Role In this role, the Drink Cook is responsible for the creation, quality, proper storing, and packaging of our coffee and tea products. The Drink Cook is the core of our business, producing all of our signature beverages by brewing all our signature tea and coffee bases. This role will work closely with store management and the back‑of‑house kitchen to ensure proper production.
Job Responsibilities
Develop a familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, preparation times, and measurements to produce our coffee and teas for our stores
A strict adherence to food safety protocols—company and state guidelines—to ensure the safety and quality of our products
Regularly inventory and order to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and products are prepared according to company specifications and needs
Maintain a calm and professional composure during regular, high‑volume, or additional orders requested by their supervisor
Adeptly communicate and collaborate with upper management and other team members to circumvent any foreseeable or sudden issues that may arise such as damages, faulty products, etc.
Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor
Regularly lift at least 50 lbs throughout the shift and/or assist others in group lifts
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
Proficiency with technology/computer systems (i.e., Excel, attendance system, ordering system, etc.)
Have excellent communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage bakery operations independently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
Eagerness to learn and build on constructive feedback

The training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your managerial role within our organization.
The selected candidate will be required to attend an intensive training program located out of state for 8‑10 weeks. The training will cover essential aspects of our industry, company culture, and managerial best practices. All expenses related to travel, accommodation, and training will be covered by the company.
