Full Time Role
Position Summary The Production Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical production plans across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, operations, and international manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules across multiple manufacturing sites
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Sales teams
Identify and mitigate capacity and scheduling risks
Support demand planning and provide visibility into lead times and capacity constraints
Build and analyze capacity models for short- and long-term planning
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
Coordinate with international manufacturing partners (France & Thailand)
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track KPIs and improve planning performance
Support labor and resource planning aligned with forecasted volumes
Maintain clear documentation and proactively adjust production plans as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
Mandatory experience in food manufacturing and shift-based environments
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
