Responsibilities
Lead a Montessori Toddler classroom following authentic Montessori principles.
Cultivate a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children ages 18 mos. – 3 years.
Foster independence, curiosity, and social development through hands‑on learning experiences.
Collaborate with fellow staff to support the school’s mission and maintain a strong sense of community.
Qualifications
Montessori certification (Toddler level).
Experience leading a Montessori Toddler classroom preferred
A deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy and working with young children.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
