What You’ll Receive:
$18.50/hour
for experienced caregivers
$21–$23/hour
for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
Weekly pay
via direct deposit
Health, dental, life, and vision insurance
(after 90 days – includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)
Flexible scheduling
built around your availability
Client matching based on your strengths and preferences
Ongoing professional training
and skills development
Mentorship and performance support
Referral bonuses
when you bring other great caregivers to the team
Requirements to Apply:
At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Negative TB test
within the past 2 years
Reliable transportation
across San Diego County Basic English communication skills
Smartphone access
for documentation and communication
We Serve Clients Throughout Greater San Diego: Including but not limited to Alpine, Bonita, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, La Mesa, Oceanside, Poway, San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, Vista, and more.
