Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals according to menu specifications and dietary requirements. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications:
Three to five years' experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living community preferred. Experience as a short order cook required Must have full scale recipe production experience A genuine passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
