What You’ll Do As a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for:
Process late check-ins/check-outs and overnight guest requests
Perform nightly audits and reconcile daily revenue
Run end-of-day reports and assist in prepping financial documentation
Ensure lobby cleanliness and safety during overnight hours
Work closely with security and engineering as needed
What You Bring
Detail-oriented and strong with numbers
Prior night audit or hotel front desk experience preferred
Ability to work alone and solve problems quickly
Familiarity with PMS systems and accounting reports
Overnight availability required
