What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Assist with check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and special requests
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and problem‑solving skills
Process payments and maintain accurate records following all cash‑handling procedures
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold the polished, guest‑focused atmosphere that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans

Qualifications What We’re Looking For
A friendly, approachable demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Comfort working with computers and hotel management systems
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
