Electronics Technician
The hourly range for this role is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.*
Overview To perform accurate diagnoses and repair of consumer electronics and appliances in the Service Center. Properly complete all necessary service orders / paperwork associated with the repair. Calculate estimates on all non-warranty repairs. Research product, part information, and determine warranty status.

The Details What You Need
Knowledge of most common consumer electronics and/or appliances
Experienced in trouble shooting to modular level
Ability to read schematics, research part and product information
Basic PC skills with the ability to navigate service software and vendor websites
No minimum experience required
2 years of technical experience preferred
Type I EPA Certification preferred for appliance technicians
What You’ll Do
Ensures accurate documentation of service orders
Maintains a safe and clean work environment
Performs repairs in accordance with manufacturer specs and in a timely efficient manner
Communicates with retail store associates on product usage and training
