In Nature Hall BH ED at Main Campus Children's of Alabama
Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day shift, 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.
Summary The staff nurse is a professional nurse who, with minimal supervision, is responsible for providing nursing care to patients.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
Successfully completed the Behavioral Health unit orientation process.
Independently functioning in the Behavioral Health Staff Nurse role.
Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
Current RN License in the State of Alabama.
Current BLS Certification Required.
National Certification Preferred.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications
Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
Basic Life Support
Education with Equivalent Qualifications
Associate of Science Nursing in Nursing
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications None specified.
