Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Painter Helper to join our Collision Department. The right candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in delivering high‑quality results, and is motivated to bring vehicles back to pre‑accident condition. If you are detail‑oriented and enjoy working in a team environment, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
Restore assigned vehicles to manufacturer‑quality finish using refinishing procedures and repair orders
Mix and match paint colors to achieve precise OEM standards for application, curing, and material use
Follow paint manufacturer processes and guidelines to ensure accurate refinishing
Assist in prep work as needed to meet production goals
Ensure all paint operations, masking, and reassembly are completed thoroughly before returning vehicles to technicians
Adhere to hazardous waste disposal regulations and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Perform other duties related to vehicle refinishing and repair as assigned
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair
Ability to comply with respirator and safety mask fit requirements
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
