Design Apprentice Program Our 12‑month Design Apprentice Program will give recent graduates or early‑career individuals the opportunity to collaborate with our talented design teams to learn all aspects of the design process. We offer training and learning sessions to give exposure to leaders and provide a big‑picture understanding of our business. The design apprentices also have the opportunity to present a final project to design leaders across all of the brands.
Work structure: Hybrid (Tuesday‑Thursday in office)
Location: New York City – Hudson Yards Office
Compensation: $26 /hour

Responsibilities
Partner with Design team to create and refine RTW designs from conception to first prototype
Uphold design integrity throughout the entire development process
Help organize presentation boards and assist in the preparation of meetings
Adhere to department timeline, ensuring all products and seasonal concepts deliver through to meet key milestones and final calendar dates
Partner cross‑functionally with Merchandising and Product Development
Create design flats using Adobe Illustrator and assist in spec drawings
Qualifications
1+ years’ experience in RTW design; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Flexible self‑manager
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative team player with great initiative
Knowledge of garment construction
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven ability to hand sketch and spec
Fashion/luxury brand experience, a plus
