Precision HR is looking for passionate full‑time Special Education Paraprofessionals in Montgomery, MN.
Paraprofessionals work alongside teachers to help students with special needs succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Every day, you’ll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued.
Pay: $20/hr (weekly pay!)
Schedule: Full-time, M‑F 7:15am - 3:30pm OR 8:00am - 4:00pm
Qualifications
2 years of college (60 credits)/Associate’s degree, or a passing ParaPro Assessment score
Experience working with children with special needs
