HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a development organization anchored in Switzerland.
Helvetasis involved in every area that has an impact on people’s livelihoods - water, food, and the environment, as well as bridges and roads. Through educational programs and building democracy, Helvetas enables disadvantaged people to actively determine and improve their living conditions.
At the moment, Helvetas in Kyrgyzstan implements multiple projects in three main areas - Rural Economy, Education and Skills Development, Government and Peace.
Qualification requirements
University degree;
Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Russian. Oral communication skills in the Kyrgyz language.
Respond to telephone, mail, e-mail, and requests for general information – questions about programs and events, etc.;
Receive, organize, and distribute incoming & outgoing mail, interface with couriers and delivery persons;
Maintain office common areas in a neat and orderly fashion, and maintain the office cleaning schedule.
Order office supplies and stationery;
Arrange logistical support, manage flight/visa/transport issues, assist expatriates /consultants/ trainees to settle and work in the country;
Coordinate and supervise Drivers, Cleaners, and Guards;
Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
The deadline for submission is no later than 17:00, January 16, 2026.
