What You’ll Do:
Lead water mitigation crews on residential and commercial projects Manage and perform job site activities, including water extraction, demolition, drying, and documentation Communicate effectively with property owners, project manager, and mitigation team Ensure job quality by monitoring progress, completing necessary paperwork, and updating job files Train and mentor restoration technicians to maintain company standards Operate industry equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, extractors, and moisture meters What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration Prior leadership or mitigation experience IICRC Certifications in WRT/ASD (Water Restoration Technician / Applied Structural Drying) are a big plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer:
