Job Summary:
This is an 8 hour/day position.
Perform ground maintenance routine and project cleaning of assigned areas.
Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned or as needed.
Assist with set-up and take-down of school activities.
Perform routine and project cleaning of assigned areas.

Qualifications:
Focus on details and commitment to doing a good job required.
Experience cleaning in a commercial setting preferred.
Ability to get along with district employees and be courteous and helpful with students and general public.
Ability to stand and/or walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, and/or climb stairs.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work in a variety of conditions and environments (e.g. dusty, wet, cold, hot, high humidity, noisy, indoors, outdoors, at heights, and in small spaces.
Hours and Days:
Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:30pm
Bargaining Group and Level:
Custodians – Full-time
COMPENSATION Hourly Wage: $20.80-$23.11
INSURANCE Single Health: 90% Covered by District Employee + 1 Health: 85% Covered by District Family Health: 77% Covered by District Dental: Partial Coverage by District Life insurance equal to annual wages: 100% Covered by District LTD insurance: 100% Covered by District Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
VACATION AND HOLIDAYS Vacation: 5 Days after 6 months. Holidays: 11 Paid Holiday/Year
OTHER BENEFITS Evening Shift Differential: $.50/hour License Stipends Service Pay: 1% Uniforms Provided
RETIREMENT/PENSION Positions covered by Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Annual TSA Match: $250
