Job Summary Report directly to the Administrative Manager. The primary day‑to‑day purpose and focus of this position are largely dictated by the immediate needs of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Work with the Administrative Manager, General Manager and HR to ensure staffing levels are maintained and to minimize hourly turnover.
Source, screen and interview applicants using competency‑based interview guidelines.
Review and maintain an applicant tracking system.
Assist management team with maintaining staffing.
Conduct on‑board orientation of new team members and ensure the process is executed and documented.
Investigate applicability of out‑of‑scope items and secure customer approval on the Daily Out of Scope form.
Perform daily timekeeping monitoring; identify and resolve exceptions and obtain approvals before closing payroll.
Publish and post memos as requested by management; maintain a “Read and Initial” communication system.
Ensure corporate reports are forwarded to Headquarters (e.g., payroll change notices, profile changes).
Assist management with recruiting efforts, including coordinating advertising, scheduling and conducting interviews, processing new hires, and scheduling training and SIDA sessions.
Document and forward OJI’s to Headquarters.
Assist with purchasing as directed; obtain necessary purchase orders and approvals.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Proficient spoken, written, and read English.
Advanced computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous administrative and payroll experience preferred.
Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment.
Must clear an FBI fingerprint background check and obtain a custom seal.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
