Responsibilities
Oversee the food service operation under the supervision of the Food Service Director.
Ensure compliance with department regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies.
Assist in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent; Servsafe certification required; retail food service experience.
Experience: At least one year of experience in preparing patient formulas and serving diet foods.
