Job Summary Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.
Essential Functions
Brew Barista coffee and flavor‑of‑the‑day coffee.
Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes.
Price and stock all grab‑and‑go items.
Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times.
Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Use Barista signage and other approved materials in the merchandise area.
Follow the cleaning schedule using “clean as you go” techniques.
Maintain open communication with management about products and supplies needed.
Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
Assist fellow team members whenever possible.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Physical demands: Standing and/or walking 50% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs., frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily.
