Full Time Only Benefits Eligibility: Paid Time Off, Paid holidays, company‑provided life insurance, adoption benefit, short and long‑term disability, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, optional life and dependent life insurance, optional voluntary benefits (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, legal plan), tuition reimbursement. Base pay is determined by skills and experience and may include team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible, but may participate in the 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of service. Responsibilities
Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus.
Uses cutting tools, cookware and bakeware; applies knowledge of cooking procedures, methods of grilling, baking and boiling.
Adheres to all sanitation and food safety standards; maintains a clean kitchen.
Prepares food in a timely manner at specified meal times.
