Base pay range $24.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Position Summary Our snowplow operators are responsible for snow removal at all assigned jobs.
Pay Range: $24.00-$35.00 per hour DOE Seasonal position - Benefits Paid Sick Time Off
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to safely operate a truck with an attached plow
Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
Completes all required documentation of job status
Proficient use of all required technology, such as tablets and software for job tracking
Demonstrates timely and effective communication
Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
Consistently follows all company policies and procedures
Provides excellent customer service
Qualifications
1+ season of snow plow truck operation experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test
