Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring each individual who enters Mosaic Life Care is appropriately greeted and provides directions and services as requested. This position is responsible for being compassionate, empathetic and pro‑active in determining each individual's needs.
This position works under the supervision of the Manager - Guest Service and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
Greets each Mosaic visitor promptly and courteously.
Provides visitors and employees with directions to appropriate locations by mapping out the appropriate directions. Assists visitors as needed to appropriate location and contacts other departments as needed for assistance.
Assists visitors/customers getting in and out of vehicle.
Oversee paging system in Central Waiting.
Oversee student volunteer when volunteers are not present.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
3 years experience in tourism or face to face retail sales preferred.
If assisting with the courtesy shuttle service: a Class E chauffeur's license will be required within six weeks of employment; must provide a safe driving record, verified through an MVR; and must obtain BLS certification within six (6) weeks of employment.
