Responsibilities You’ll guide the educational, operational, financial, and cultural success of your center—creating a thriving environment where children, educators, and families grow together. Your daily duties include:
Staff scheduling and team development
Curriculum implementation and classroom supervision
Health and safety compliance and licensing standards
Financial performance and community engagement
Clear communication and inspirational leadership
Qualifications
Must pass required state and company background checks.
Must hold Director Certification (DII qualification).
3‑10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management.
Strong understanding of play‑based learning and social‑emotional development.
Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
Salary and Bonus Salary Range:
$70,000‑$90,000 per year for Director Qualified Candidates & $52,500‑$67,549 per year for Assistant Director Candidates. ALL candidates must be MA EEC Director II Qualified.
Bonus:
Annual bonus plan based on qualitative and quantitative metrics.
