As a Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you’ll be our customers' first and last point of contact, providing prompt, safe, and courteous transportation to and from the airport, making each ride a memorable part of their travel experience.**You will**:* Customer Service Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm smile, offer luggage assistance, and ensure they feel welcomed when they board.* Safe & Efficient Transport: Safely transport customers to and from the airport while following all Shuttle Driver guidelines and maintaining scheduled routes.* Route Knowledge & Communication: Familiarize yourself with the airport layout and use effective radio communication to stay connected with the team.* Shuttle Care: Maintain a clean, comfortable shuttle environment for our customers, ensuring each trip is pleasant and stress-free.* Teamwork and Collaboration: Work with the team to maintain service flow and create a supportive environment for customers and colleagues.* Regulation Compliance: Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations for operating commercial vehicles to ensure safety.**Requirements:*** Eligibility: Must be at least 21 years of age.* Commercial License: Current Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.* Driving Record: A DMV K-4 printout dated within 30 days of your appointment.* Medical Certification: A valid Medical Card.* Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds, assisting customers with their luggage as needed**We Offer:*** Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discounts, Referral bonus* Company Life Insurance* Company paid AD&D Insurance* Flexible spending accounts & other voluntary benefits* Parental leave* Employee assistance programWe are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
