Are you a customer service-oriented individual located in Amarillo, TX? Street Toyota is looking for a Service Porter to manage vehicle traffic on the service drive and assist with vehicle deliveries. Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane, directing them to the appropriate service advisor
Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of keys, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
Interact with customers when needed
Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the parking lot
Keep the service lane and surrounding areas clean and organized by removing debris and maintaining order
Assist in preparing the vehicle for service by performing basic maintenance tasks
Label and organized vehicle keys and tags to maintain an efficient tracking system
Monitor and report any vehicle damage or safety concerns
Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
Experience in providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members, ensuring clear and concise interactions
Proven track record of maintaining organization in fast-paced environments, keeping service lanes and surrounding areas tidy
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance tasks, assisting in preparing vehicles for service
Skill in managing vehicle flow efficiently, ensuring smooth operations in service stalls and parking areas
Attention to detail in monitoring and reporting any vehicle damage or safety concerns promptly
Capability to follow dealership policies and safety procedures diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for all
Compensation $22,891 - $25,001 yearly
About Street Toyota "Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983. It is a 58,000-square-foot facility on 9 acres located at 45th and Soncy. This is a state-of-the-art facility, and the customer's comfort has been emphasized from the ample parking to the gourmet coffee.
