We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals to work as Assistant Instructors in our summer programs. This is a seasonal position (4–10 weeks) starting in June, in‑room with kids ages 6‑14. PAID training is provided. No formal experience is required.
In this role you will assist classroom instructors, help manage the classroom environment, and support the delivery of tech‑focused lessons. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday for a minimum of 4 weeks.
General Requirements
Located within driving distance of one of our partner regions and have reliable transportation.
Experience with children in an educational setting preferred but not required.
Strong technology skills in areas such as 3D modeling, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, video editing, digital arts, competitive gaming, and/or significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox.
Available to start online training in May prior to the start of summer (train at your own pace via our online portal).
Must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot offer accommodations or work sponsorship.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience and Skills
College students studying education, computer science, digital arts, information technology, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
Strong tech or digital arts and troubleshooting skills will be most successful in this position.
Experience with kids in a formal or informal setting is a plus (e.g., babysitting, volunteering, coaching, tutoring).
Rate: $15–$17 per hour. Paid training! Potential opportunities to move into lead teaching roles or supervisory roles in future years.
